Very disappointed.....Avi arrived at my condo wearing a mask and gloves. You would think that this would be a good thing in this time of COVID, but with that glove, he touched the door handle to open the door into the building, then once in my unit, with the same glove he touched the light switch in my kitchen, touched the refrigerator, touched the kitchen counter, touched my water jug, touched my kitchen tap and touched his credit card machine which I had to touch. It was clear during his second visit that my fridge was not going to be fixed. According to Avi my fridge was icing up because the drain hose was clogged and the water from the defrost cycle was backing up in the hose and then icing. Strange how all the water he poured down the drain came out at the bottom of the fridge. When Avi put my fridge back together he did not attach all the wires. After an hour of running the fridge, it was not cooling off at all. Fortunately, I realized what he had done (I should say not done), and attached the wires. No, I would not recommend this company. I gave a score of 1 star only because he showed up.

I apologize that there was no resolution available for your refrigerator and you are disappointed with our company. We pride ourselves on our COVID-19 protocols and sanitize all touch points between every client. We have had no COVID-19 scares so feel we are adequately protected, however if you were uncomfortable at any point I gladly would have switched gloves or sanitized further if you had brought your concerns to my attention.
