I have had Action Auger come to the house for 2 plumbing calls previously and had a great experience both times, so when I received a letter offering a furnace tuneup for $99, I decided to give them a try for that as well. Well...it wasn't a great result for me, as they found cracks in my heat exchanger and consequently shut down my furnace as a health hazard. However, Kale and Jeff were great to have in my home. They proceeded to do a heat load calculation on the house and then suggested how to best do the install of the new furnace, which they also provided pricing for on the spot. They offered to bring heaters to my home so that we could be comfortable until the new furnace could be installed. These two gentlemen were extremely personable and diligent in doing their measurements and providing information. I also really liked the fact that it's the person who came and did the service call was the person who would be doing the replacement. I appreciate the warranties and guarantees that Action Auger provides - it's nice to hear a company that truly stands behind their product and their employees. I would definitely have these fellows back in my house again.
