Our backyard is quite unique as it is a townhouse and the only access is through a man-door in the garage. Some companies didn't even bother to quote us, other companies gave us astronomical quotes. Derek's quote was very fair. Coupled with the reviews given on Homestars, we enthusiastically went with this company. They nailed our simple vision and were able to come up with practical solutions to some of the roadblocks we had. Derek also provided some suggestions that we really enjoyed. Our project included interlock, new sod, tree removal, and new mulch. Everything was done quicker than we expected, and we are thrilled with the outcome. We had basement renovations done in our townhome. We found Capable to have competitive pricing. But what drew us to them is the organized, professional approach in the quoting process. They understood our vision and helped us understand the process. They stuck to their timelines and provided great service. It was not a flawless experience but they resolved all of our concerns within days, sometimes within hours. The end product exceeded our expectations. Special mention to Vlad for addressing all of our concerns without issue. Also special mention to the handyman with the red hair who worked tirelessly to add the finishing touches to our space.
