We had no ceiling lights in our Living Room, and always had to make do with various lamps, leaving us with numerous shady areas. My wife saw Mr. Potlight's product at a friends place, and on their recommendation, we had them in. What a GREAT improvement! The room is bright and well lit, no shadowy areas. The work was done quickly, professionally, and NEATLY (ie cleanly) by Peter and his assistant. As an example, they had extensions on their drills to capture drywall dust. They made sure to sweep up and tidy up as they went along. And they minimized the holes needed to run wires and connect to the switch. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys and their product to you, and just wish we'd had them in sooner.

Our 30 year old Central Air died on the first hot day in May, so we called around getting quotes on the AC and furnace (23 years old). Kevin was great, being up front about the importance of good installation, and right-sizing the equipment for our house. He was informed and informative, going out of his way to help us decide what equipment suited our needs and budget, without trying to up-sell us on other features . By the time we had 3 or 4 quotes, it was obvious Kevin's was the best one for us. Their installers, a duo led by Peter, were hardworking, and clearly good at their job. It was a long day for them, as they had to remove the old gear, and then install the AC, Furnace, Humidifier, Media Filter (the last two being upgrades WE asked Kevin for since we have 2 large dogs in the house), and a new Chimney Liner. The job they did was great, they showed us the equipment, and took the time to show us how it ran while they tested it out. I HIGHLY recommend this company to you. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

So the oven in my gas stove just quit. It's more than 5 years old, so calling GE was out. Especially when I found out they weren't even answering the phone on Saturdays. A quick google search, and I find Energytech Appliance Service. And right smack in the middle of their website was their HomeStars link. So I KNEW they were gonna be okay. And sure enough, they came out same day, on time. Oh, and just a 2 hour window, none of this 4 hour or 8 hour windows like some companies. Sami came in, checked it out, and sure enough found the problem in minutes. The igniter no longer worked (they wear out, and it was 10-15 years old). While he was here I asked him about the Broiler, it hasn't worked in years. Sure enough, same problem. Worn out igniter. Anyway, he had the parts, and his service call charge covered both repairs, no increase for installing the second, upper igniter. And here it is, not even an hour later, and now my oven works again, and my broiler works for the first time in years! Sami had been up front about costs, and there were no surprises or hidden costs. He showed me the diagnosis, no charge in the circuits around each igniter. And once everything was replaced it was all working fine. So great work, and I whole-heartedly recommend these folks to you!

We needed a large cleaning, it was my wife's birthday, and she wanted me to hire cleaners as her present. Kris was great to chat to on the phone, and was quite helpful suggesting the amount of service we'd need for this job, and for scheduling the cleaner to come over. Ava, the cleaner, was great! She was punctual, hard working, and kept at everything until it was spic and span! Ava was over for two days, and the results were great! We heartily recommend these folks to you!
