After getting a quote from the staff of this company in January 2021, I had emailed the president/owner to confirm the Scope of Work and the price as quoted. He then showed up with his crews, and I was told he would not do the work as quoted, said that he is the owner of the company, he would not honor the quote. After a thorough assessment of the work, he said the quote was too low, he wanted much more money and he left. Afterwards, a new price was reached and provided, I again emailed him the Scope of Work the second time before he showed up to do the work a few days later. At this moment and months had gone by , and despite my several requests by emails and phone calls , he didn't finish grinding the stumps as per the Scope of Work and wanted to be paid, and said he had referred the matter to a collection agency.
