Awful customer service and zero ethics
Jacob is extremely rude and does not honor the word or work of his technicians. Everything is an argument and always the customers fault. Technician says they no longer use the control board that they used on our new furnace, which was causing us problems and says to keep an eye on it and will replace it under warranty if it continues to cause problems. Furnace continues to cause issues so place a service call then get a bill for $205 just for showing up and a refusal to replace the controller. Says there is nothing wrong. I have pictures of my Ecobee showing one of our rooms at 14 degrees (we have multiple room sensors) and multiple notifications from Ecobee saying it is calling for heat and the furnace is not responding. Try to have this discussion with Jacob and he calls my wife and threatens to send our case to collections if we don't pay? Do not use them, even our home builder stopped working with them.
