I found AA Stone online and hired them to replace my kitchen cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash. I don't usually write reviews but in this situation, I felt compelled to do so to ensure future customers are not treated in the same way as I was. I am VERY UNHAPPY with the end product as Andrew and his team missed an entire section under the cabinets and left it exposed which is a big eyesore. After repeated communications, they continued to refuse to complete this part of the job and refused to reimburse me. In the end I was forced to pay another contractor to complete the job I already paid AAStone to do. What was even more frustrating is Andrew became quite aggressive with me threatening legal action if I posted a negative review, and he started to send me different bills for work that was part of the original scope of work that I had already paid for. I've dealt with a lot of renovations in this business and I found Andrew and AAstone team to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL and AGGRESSIVE with customers I've ever experienced. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT to work with them and if you do, BUYER BEWARE.
