This is the second time we engaged Peter to do some electrical work for us. The first time was to fix a faulty outlet; and this time to install a 220v box for our car lift in the garage. Peter is professional and responsive. A very nice and reliable electrician whom I would hire for other electrical jobs in a heartbeat.
Leave Guard Installation & Eavestrough Cleaning
Had Sunnyside cleaned our eavestroughs and subsequently installed leave guards last year. A few months ago received a call from them asking if we'd like our eavestroughs cleaned again. I declined since we now have leave guards but mentioned that one of the corners of the leave guards seems to be sticking out. She said she'd make a note to let the team know. Not really expecting anything out of that casual mentioning of the issue, I returned home one day to find a note in my mailbox saying they've fixed the issue! And that's not it. A week ago I sent them an email asking if they could come to inspect the leave guards because we could hear something trapped in the eavestroughs, walking around the house and after a heavy rain fall there were dead birds flushed down through the downspouts. They came to take a look two days later and confirmed that the installation looks intact. Although we still don't know how the birds went into the eavestroughs, we very much appreciate Sunnyside taking ownership of their work and providing such timely after-service. Met with Ross for the first time over a year ago to obtain a quote for a laundry list of around-the-house fixes. Timing didn't work out but thought of him a few months ago when water-damaged ceiling needed to be fixed. Ross was quick to respond to my call for rescue and had the ceiling repaired over three proper visits (in order to allow the material to fully dry before moving onto the next step) instead of rushing through the job. Very professional and worked with great integrity. In fact, we recently contacted him for another repair and upon taking a look in person he suggested that we work with an expert in masonry instead. We appreciate his integrity in not taking something on when he may not be the most suitable for the job. Highly recommended!

Andrew was responsive to my quote request for the removal of a few soft maple trees. Although it took a while to arrange for a time to have the actual work done, once he arrived he efficiently got the job done and had it done VERY well. Andrwe even got rid of a bunch of leaves and branches that were sitting around the yard before he took the trees down!! Thank you, Andrew!
