During a minus forty cold snap, the furnace started making a new noise. We definitely didn't want it to fail at those temps! The tech who arrived - Shawn S - worked diligently to ensure there were no parts about to die, that both stages were being achieved, things were running in their recommended parameters, etc. Ultimately: we were assured our furnace was running well, and there was no fear of imminent failure. Ask for Shawn by name!
