Hired Everest to add a new window. The installers seemed rushed, and installed the window crooked -- not crooked enough that it's immediately obvious, but enough that we noticed shortly after they left. When we complained, they said they'd come fix it, but never showed up. My spouse and I both tried getting the company to send someone, to no avail. We gave up since we needed to proceed with the rest of our renovation, so now we just have a slightly crooked window. The installers wanted payment on the spot rather than sending an invoice later like most companies, which in retrospect is a bit suspicious... we didn't get a chance to properly inspect the work until after we'd already paid. On the plus side, the window itself is nice. It would have been great if it was installed properly.

We hired Thermond Engineering to redesign the ductwork in an old house we're renovating. Ali was very precise in his communication, addressed all our requests and concerns, and responded to issues that came up while we planned the installation. His design is very thoughtful, with more convenient ductwork layout and register locations than the house had originally. Overall a really good experience!

We hired Perfect Post to build a 6' wood fence along both sides of a backyard. Terry was easy to communicate with, and super organized & reliable--he did everything exactly when he said he would, or earlier. The rest of the crew was great, everyone was very professional and the fence they built looks awesome. I was a bit nervous about how it would turn out, since the posts had to go through some awkward concrete areas, but it was no problem; everything is perfectly straight and level. Overall a really good experience, would 100% recommend.

We needed a gas line capped. It was a pretty small job, but they came right on time, were friendly, and finished quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Pipe Dreams again!
