We told estimator/designer we were taking out a kitchen wall. During install we found this was not taken into account causing problems. Luckily we used our own installer who solved the problem. Received multiple damaged pieces and in one instance had to wait 3 months for replacement pieces which turned out to be wrong causing further delays. We were accused of not buying a cupboard piece from them and trying to pass it off as from them. We had their manger come to see the problems. We showed him a drawer accessory pice which would not install. He said it was easy and could be done in minutes. I gave him the tools and after twenty minutes he quit and said his installer would have to come do it. There were many others issues. What should have been a happy experience turned out to be an arduous one. Once they get all your money they become a less than reputable company to deal with. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Avoid them.
