We just moved into a 12 year old house in Maple Ridge which used to contain 2 adults, 5 children, 2 large dogs and 2 cats. Needless to say the vents, which had never been cleaned, were extremely dirty. We had been noticing thick layers of fine dust on all our hard surfaces and I was always waking up with a stuffed nose. I decided on Modern Pure Air after reading reviews on this site and getting multiple quotes from other companies. Matt arived on time and was very thourough in his explanations making sure I understood exactly what was going to happen and how much everything was going to cost. The job took about 3 hours for our 4000sqft house with 27 vents. Turns out there was alot of drywall dust from when the house was built along with a whole bunch of pet hair, garbage and small toys. Matt was very thourough, clean and efficient. I opted to have the system sanitized with their natural sanitizer for an extra cost of $79 as we are expecting our first child and just wanted to be sure we were starting off with clean and healthy air. Now are vents are clean and the whole house smells like lemon and herbs. In total we paid just under $600 including all taxes, sanitizers and a 3 pack of new filters (which he went online to show me actually cost less than at home depot). I'm sure I could have got it done cheaper but the customer service and the quality of the cleaning was all excellent so I wouldn't hesitate to recomend them to anyone.

- It would have been nice to have been told about the sanitizing option before hand. A quick wie down of the vents after would also have been nice. Otherwise it was great!
