We needed to get our roof replaced sooner rather than later. I had contacted at least 5 different roofers asking for estimates. Some never returned my emails and calls. What I noticed right away after contacting Titans through email is that someone called the same day to setup a meeting. They did the estimate very shortly after that call and we met on the Wednesday of the following week to discuss the contract. We signed off on the contract that Wednesday, and the materials for the job were delivered on Friday. Got a call on the Sunday saying our roof was scheduled to be done on Monday. That's 5 days people! I don't even think you can get a doctor's appointment that fast anymore. We live in a smaller house, so I thought we would be pretty low on the priority list, but that just wasn't the case with Titans. The job was done in one day and it was done well. I chose Titans because Shawn, the president took the time to talk with me numerous times through email, telephone and in person, to answer any questions I had. Shawn was the only roofer out of the 5 that gave estimates that noticed I had a problem with my drip edge into the eaves. He said his crew would create a new, custom drip edge for us. I knew I needed this before I asked for estimates, but nobody else bothered to look at it or comment on it. I would recommend Titans Roofworks to anyone needing a roof replaced that wants fast, and quality service as well as a company that takes the time to communicate with you and address any concerns you may have.
