My dryer was turning on but not starting. From the first minute on the phone with the person who took my information for the service call the customer service was exemplary. Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, everything was top notch. Eli was the gentleman who actually did the repair and I can not say enough about how impressed I was with his customer service, how he explained what he was doing and how he would fix it, to his respectful , friendly mannerisms. Highly recommend this company, and highly recommend Eli!
