Even with the horrid winter we've had, the guys at Morningwood were always very prompt and did a great job clearing the snow. We've been using them for 2 years now and have been very happy!
We had Alpine redo our flat roof - they were very fast and great to work with. Unfortunately, we have had a recurring leak from on area on the roof. They were very quick to respond and correct the problem, no questions asked.
Full bathroom gut and reno. Started out well, but then Derek let one of the workers go and figured he could finish it off himself. Got the wrong finish on the marble counter top. Had 18x18" travertine tile. He put it on uneven and then proceeded to use a grinder to try to flatten it. Completely ruined the tile and created large pockmarks. Floor is completely uneven. Derek would not own up to the mistakes and shoddy work and proceeded to threaten us with a lien on our house when we refused to pay the hold-back. He used high end finishes and had some great workers, but unfortunately Derek just didn't seem to be able to properly lay travertine (which is an art). Even one of his (now former) workers admitted to us that the tile floor looked horrible. Dereks response was "that's just the way it is sometimes". Stay away from Derek and Just Kitchens and Baths.
