Home staging including managing contractors and finishing touches
After 25 years of family life, our home had a seriously "lived in" look. Susan and Debra worked out a plan that would have us ready for listing day. It started with extensive de-cluttering (3 truckloads of junk), followed by plaster repairs, painting, carpet cleaning, furniture out, furniture in, final cleaning and finishing touches. The result? We sold the first day we accepted offers.
