Dave’s Duct Cleaning was recommended to me by a very reputable HVAC company I deal with and I was not disappointed. Like all the other reviews, they were very prompt, professional and fairly priced. I can’t recall who I used the last time I had my ducts cleaned, but realize now it was a waste of money, as they didn’t use a proper cleaning technique or equipment compared to Dave’s. I am a professional engineer and very detail oriented, and was completely satisfied and extremely impressed with this company and all their staff!

I have done a lot of renovations, both myself (as I am handy) and hiring contractors over the years, but Nucu and his team was without a question the best experience and best outcome we have ever had!! His price was fair, and better than an number of other contractors that didn't provide a detailed quote like he did. They put protection down on our hardwood floors and stairs, and cleaned up after each day. They were punctual, professional and trust worthy, plus I valued his suggestions. The workmanship was 10+. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nucu to anyone considering a bathroom reno, and will use him again on our next project!

I have only good things to say about the plumber and his apprentice that showed up and did the work. Very professional, clean, answered all my questions, etc. My dissatisfaction and reason for a low rating is two fold: First, the biggest issue was the outrageous "fixed fee" cost. They don't charge by the hour but it cost me $277 for approx. 55min of work, plus a $15 fuel surcharge (I am 7.5km from their office); I just called the first plumber on yellowpages and they quoted me $160 for a service call to replace a valve, which is less work than done today. My second issue was that they were unable to come yesterday when I phoned in, so I agreed to a service call today because I was told I was guaranteed a 9am appointment. They didn't show until 10:10am. This is the basis for my rating.
