We hired Yuri to complete a weekend pre-inspection as part of an offer we made on a home. Despite being called at nearly midnight on a Saturday, he arrived early the next morning at the home. The reviews say it all; Yuri is hardworking, professional, and showed great attention to detail. His inspection and report were thorough and he offered good solutions and alternatives for consideration when repairing minor maintenance issues. I would not hesitate to request his services again.

I had a decent experience with Farmer Jacks (not great, but not bad), until it came time to return product. The manager did not advise me that special order products were non-returnable at the time of purchase, only that returned products were subject to a 25% restocking fee (which is fine). Long story short, I ended up getting $67 back for more than $250 worth of stone. They also charged me full delivery price to pickup the remaining product, with no willingness to discuss middle ground in light of the oversight on the part of the manager. If you are picking up your own product and do not plan on returning anything, Farmer Jacks could be fine. For any other purchases, I recommend buying elsewhere.
