My GE washer has drain issue. I called appliance repair crew and technician came in. He throughly checked and found the problem with drain pump. It was too noisy. I told him to replace and he installed the new pump. He run the cycle and explained me how to take care in future. I must say that the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very satisfied with his service and approach. I will sure recommend their service. He maintained all the safety measures while working and I really appreciate it.
