We had a bunch of concerns about our older house including one that needed more immediate attention. Instead of calling in contractors we called in Tom to give us his thoughts on our issues and we're so glad we did. He gave us different options for our problems based on our budget and recommended things we could try to do ourselves, things we shouldn't and a plan of action. The peace of mind he gave us knowing everything that's going on in our house and what to keep an eye on was worth it's weight in gold. Highly recommended.

Had a bit of an emergency with a section of parging in a hard-to-access area in between our house and neighbour's. Chris came and explained the solution in detail and gave a very reasonable quote. He was so friendly and knowledgable I didn't even bother getting other quotes. He also found the time to fit us in his schedule as it was time sensitive. In the end he did a great job and I'll definitely be calling him to do any other masonry work in the future.

Allen gave us a home inspection after we purchased our home when we had some concerns with the original one the seller had done. He was very thorough, friendly and honest giving us some peace of mind. Would highly recommend.
