The owner, Jim, was recommended to us by a friend who had a damaged (roots) sewer line, as we did, and used his services. We have nothing but good things to say about Jim and his crew. From the onset Jim was prompt, straight forward and very transparent about options. His quote was very competitive and he kept to his price, even when we ran into unexpected complications (hit ground water after digging down 10 feet to replace the line). His crew (including Joseph and Chris) were a pleasure, easy to work with and very thoughtful.

So far the experience has been excellent. The price was competitive, but not the cheapest. We decided to go with them based on a personal recommendation. They excavated on time, provided a clear explanation of things we needed to consider and options for paving. They returned a couple of months later on time to lay the asphalt (on the date we requested). They were careful in all regards, with no damage to recent landscaping and attention to proper drainage and a providing a nice finish. Time will tell, but we're very pleased with the job... We'll add comments / adjust the rating if any problems appear in the spring.
