I like reading reviews but I don't normally write them however every time I look at my fireplace I'm happy and amazed with how nice it looks now. In my case I called JP from Bedford Home Heating to service my gas fireplace insert. There was a white powdery film on the glass that keep returning after I would clean it. JP knew exactly my problem and fixed the gasket around the glass and cleaned and serviced my fireplace beautifully. It was a very reasonable price as well. I'm very satisfied!
