I can not recommend Innotech highly enough. We dealt with JJ at the Burnaby showroom. He was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and SO helpful! We had so many questions and different scenarios to run by him, and he was endlessly helpful and lovely. The product feels so more solid and high quality than so many of the other comparably priced options out there. We feel we got a great deal, and absolutely LOVE our windows and French door. (We are homeowners in East Vancouver. I am a professional tradesperson with building experience.) We had a whole bunch of quotes from about 10 different roofers, big companies through to independent contractors. We became very confused about why some were so much more expensive, for the same or similar roofing applications. We wanted a straight talker and straight up advice, also someone who could appreciate that we wanted to do a good job on our own home. We were hoping to avoid paying a premium for a big company's overheads. We feel like we won the lottery finding Gary. He was easy to speak to, knowledgeable, and seems to have vast experience from residential through to commercial jobs. He went out of his way to squeeze us in between other jobs because we had concerns about upcoming weather. He was prompt, the worksite was tidy, and he made an immaculate job of the roof. He made 2 follow up calls to check we were happy with the results. He just generally went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. We are delighted with the end result, and will definitely be in touch with Gary in the future about any other jobs. Thanks Gary! You rock.
