We spoke with Frank for a quote and he was very nice and explained the process of what they do and what would happen and we signed with him and gave a deposit. Although the process was nothing what he explained to us. We were told they would let us know a day or two before they would come to start excavation so we can take any plants or bushes out. This was in the fall so it was a good time to transplant. To our unexpected surprise they arrived at 7am with their machines and just started tearing through everything. I lost all the bushes and plants I wanted to keep. The job ended up looking good but there was no communication with us until payment was required. Overall it worked out but a little disappointing.

We called for a quote for 3 new windows for the front, 2 kitchen windows and 4 basement windows. Oliver came over to measure and give us a quote. He answered any questions we had and was very thorough going through the warranty and explaining what we would be getting by showing us samples. The installation has been completed and they are excellent quality windows. I have already recommended this company to my boss who is looking for new windows for his home. This company has been around a long time and is Canadian. Thank you Oliver for all of your help.

We called Pro concrete fall 2013. Duarte was polite, punctual and professional. I liked the company but told them I was not ready to proceed until the spring. Spring 2014, we called Pro concrete to come back again for another quote and this time we had decided what we wanted which was exposed aggregate and patterned border. The patterned border was suggested by Dennis, (sales) and it was a great suggestion. From the beginning of the project the crews were all polite, professional and did a great job. Anytime I called or had questions, Silvio answered them on the phone and came in person to the house. Our patio looks beautiful, and we look forward to many barbeques. We called to get a quote for a pergola in our backyard but did not know exactly where to put it or how big to make it. Jimmy had excellent ideas about where to place it, how big to make it and the design of the pergola. He was reliable, professional and very helpful with great ideas. The quality of his work is excellent. We will definitely recommend him to everyone and will call him again for other projects in the future.

The owner of this company was happy to take our deposit and gave us a date when they would begin the work. We wanted to save a bit of money so we removed the carpeting ourselves before they would start the installation. The entire second floor carpeting was being replaced with wood floors. (includes 4 bedrooms for 4 children) Well, the date kept getting pushed back.. not once but 3 times. Always right before they were expected to begin. The deposit was made August 13, 2010 and the work was not done until a month later; only after I insisted. I had my whole upstairs upside down for weeks waiting for them to start. There was a lack of consideration from this company.
