JW Engineers recently finished our project, which consisted of: rebuilding our front porch and supporting pillars, and parging the badly deteriorated brick wall underneath, and; tearing down our old kitchen and building a much larger kitchen extension with powder room. We are absolutely thrilled with both the finished project and the experience we had working with Zhenhua, our project manager. Zhenhua was easily accessible throughout the entire construction period. He was onsite regularly - almost daily - always checking that the work had been done to his high standards. He clearly takes pride in the work he does. The workers were always friendly, and the work they did was exceptional. The front porch is impressive - my neighbours were beyond complimentary when they saw the finished product. The kitchen addition on our 100-year-old house was somewhat complicated. Any unexpected problems that came up (to be expected when renovating an old house) were always considered carefully and solved. We didn't have a designer or architect to work with, so we had many questions for Zhenhua throughout the construction period. He always made time to explain things carefully to us and provide sound advice when required. I'm sure I will be calling Zhenhua for future work and would absolutely recommend him and JW Engineers to anyone considering a home construction project.
