I called All Wildlife Removal because I was advised by a neighbour that some raccoons had decided to camp out on my roof, and I was worried that they were going to start to pick away at things and cause some serious damage. All Wildlife Removal committed to coming to inspect on the same day. Richard arrived in a super timely manner, as expected, and with a phone call in advance to let me know he was coming. He was extremely attentive, polite, and focused on excellent delivery. Richard put up the ladder, climbed onto my roof, and scared away the pesky raccoons, getting them off of my roof. He then did a super thorough inspection to ensure that my house was nice and safe from wildlife. I was incredibly impressed with their work, and the customer service / professionalism demonstrated by Richard, and although I hope to not need wildlife services again, if I do, there is no doubt that I will use All Wildlife Removal.

What an exceptional company. I called them yesterday during a big rainfall, when I realized that my downspout must have been blocked, as the entire eavestrough around the bay window was full of water, and it was spilling over the edges. I received an extremely rapid response, and timely service, with them on the job less than 24 hours after calling them. Not only was the price very reasonable, but they cleaned those eavestrough, and the upper ones on my home, installed the leaf guards, and temporarily solved for the lack of leaf guard at the top level, highlighting the fact that a previous company we used DIDN'T install it, even though we paid for it. Even received pictures to validate all observations and work done. I would strongly recommend using this company. Thank you again!!!

My experience with Bruce Home Comfort was one of the best experiences I have ever had and I highly recommend engaging them for any furnace / AC / humidifier / duct work that you could possibly need. I was connected to Bruce Home Comfort through an individual who sold me my furnace. Jason (the owner) came by, and was extremely thorough and professional in evaluating our unique situation and making specific and honest recommendations about what was needed (and what wasn't needed!). Jason and his exceptional and courteous team arrived and installed both the furnace and air conditioner, working with the water heater company (who was also replacing the unit) and redoing any piping / electrical / ducting necessary to optimize the structure and functionality of our home air system. Jason and his team did this diligently over 2 days, and discovered several gas leaks which were the result of the poor job done by the water heater company, and Jason and his team stayed at my house until they patched it up themselves, and fixed any outstanding issues, without penalty to me for the extra effort of their amazing team. Their punctuality, amazing; quality, second to none; price, competitive; follow-up, like no other. I can't thank you enough Bruce Home Comfort for an amazing job done. You have my referral anytime.
