Carey, the owner, seemed nice and helpful until he got our money. After that he was rude and unhelpful and downright mean. He told us we needed to be present for the start of the treatment and later said that he had never said such a thing. He rescheduled numerous times on very short notice. He dropped off the crew and left without a word to us. Afterward, we told him that the crew had chipped paint off the door frame. He said he'd pay for the fix and when we submitted the bill to him, he was rude again and we still haven't received payment (2 months later). Several items in our condo melted because he did not give us adequate instructions or warning beforehand. But the worst thing of all is that the bed bugs returned very shortly afterward. When we contacted him about his 90-day guarantee, he again was beyond rude and dismissive, despite our complaint being within the 90 days. We are STILL living with bed bugs and we could not be more furious. We are planning to find a reputable company immediately who will actually deliver on the results that they have promised.

When we treat a unit it is important that when we ask that when you have contents in storage you promptly bring the items up into the unit at the time of treatment.
