An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I installed the house alarm system early this year. The system was installed by technician very quickly and tested through, just works fine. In the next few days, since we were not familiar with existence of the system and mistakenly triggered the alarm, and then the monitor service shortly called my home phone to verify what was happening. It happened actually many time, and service worked efficiently every single time. We appreciate the service sincerely.
