I heard a scratching noise in my attic, so I called Vance for the inspection. He noticed mice droppings, which confirmed that my house was infested with mice. Vance smartly placed some baits in the attic and around the house. Next day all mice were gone. I no longer hear scratching sound from the attic. I completely agree with the previous review, Vance is very skilled and talented.
