I came home to a house that was not clean. Counters were not wiped, floor dirty (never swept), kitchen sink dirty, toilet not touched, bathroom garbage can left downstairs in living room. Very disappointed.

Excellent service. Same story as others -- after doing laundry my basement flooded. Roy came out promptly and diagnosed (using camera) an old trap that was blocked at the front of my house. He snaked it enough to clear the blockage but put me through to a contractor who is now going to fix it properly. Excellent service, courteous. So glad I found him through HomeStars.
