Great service, right from initial contact. Ivan responded quickly with an estimate and was able to have someone available when I requested. John, the representative sent, was efficient and tidy in disassembling our unit. I look forward to him coming back to reassemble it in a few weeks.

My experience with 416-So Clean was great. From the start, my call was returned promptly and the rug pick up was arranged within days. I received a quote for the cleaning and was notified once the cleaning and stain removal was completed to arrange delivery. In the end the final bill was less than the quote, which was refreshing to see.

After deciding to upgrade the security in our home with window bars, Sam was very helpful in reviewing the various options available. Once decided, Sam was quick to arrange the site visit and installation and Bill, the installer, was very efficient and courteous. It is refreshing to work with professionals.
