Mark from Platinum Group was great right off the bat. He took the initial phone call for inquiry and many subsequent calls to answer all our questions. He made the 3hr drive to do the site visit, planning and laying out the job for his crews, along with fully explaining how everything was going to work. The unit was ordered and delivered as per the specified time line. The crew came out as per schedule and completed a neat, clean, and flawless install. From tip to toe, a great experience.
