I have used Gus 3 times now for toilet and faucet issues, and have recommended him to a friend. Most recently our kitchen faucet broke. I called Gus on a Saturday afternoon to tell him the problem, and that I had purchased a new faucet. He said he would arrive in 30 minutes to do the installation, and he was here in that time. He encountered problems with the layout and with old plumbing, but he found workarounds and got the job done in a very timely fashion.
