I moved houses within Calgary and hired Victor and his crew. The crew showed up on time and was very friendly. I rented a furnished house and wanted a bed moved from the 2 floor to the basement. The crew took apart the bed and moved it into a closet in the basement with with no issues. The whole move experience was just excellent. Thank you!

On Friday, my LG fridge broke and after speaking with LG, I decided to use their Flat Rate repair program. There were 4 authorized service providers for the Calgary area and I decided to pick Summer Breeze. On the website, it showed the earliest date for the repair available was Monday, May 31. I received a email confirmation with the Repair Receipt Number and the order details. I decided to call Summer Breeze directly to confirm my appointment on Monday and there was no answer. I then left a voicemail but no one returned my call. It is now Monday and I called them again this morning and still no answer. I then texted them and finally got a reply. He wrote 'unless you spoke with my office, it's not booked' I explained that I booked it through LG and the appointment was suppose to be today. I asked him to call me and provided my number so we could speak directly. This business will not call me back or answer their phone. What kind business ignores their customers? Please beware if you are planning to use them. Read the reviews on HomeStars. I'm not the first customer they ignore.

After getting a few quotes, we picked Neighbourhood Painters to paint the interior main floor and upstairs of our house. Andy was very professional and the quote was very competitive with the other quotes. The painter Eric did meticulous work and we were very please with the results. The finish on our front door looked a bit uneven and Andy came back to repaint it himself. We are very pleased with the quality and professionalism of Neighbourhood Painters and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to paint their house.

Our house is in Patterson Heights and we recently had our ensuite bathroom renovated by Versatile Renovations. We are so happy with the results and the entire experience. Out of the three quotes, we picked Versatile Renovations because we really like the flexibility they offered. Herb, the owner explained that we could pick our bathroom finishings from any store we wanted. We could even buy it ourselves at Costco and they will only charge for the installation. A lot of other companies will give you a quote with everything included and then you have to use the vendors they’ve picked as there’s usually a profit built into it for them. Everyone we dealt with at Versatile Renovations was very friendly and responsive. Herb, the owner was very knowledgeable and transparent. Trista and Joey is just so nice to work with. The crew came on time and cleaned up everyday. We really appreciate that Versatile consulted with us every step of the way. They worked with us on the placement of the shower fixtures, the niche, the tub and mirror to make sure it was exactly where we wanted them. Our bathroom turned out beautifully and I would recommend Versatile Renovations for any renovations project. They are a company that takes pride in their workmanship, emphasize quality and stands behind their work.
