We have a shower faucet temperature control unit that is not widely used/known with many parts. We had ordered what we believed were all the necessary parts through the manufacturer to carry out the repair and instal. Dan dismantled the unit and realized that we were still missing one (or more) part(s). He really took his time in showing me all the necessary parts and what we still required to fix the temp control feature. Despite the time he took, he only charged us the lower level pricing and agreed to come back once we have the necessary part(s). Appreciated his honestly and great service. Would highly recommend.

Richard was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is extremely organized, punctual, reliable and courteous. If he says he will start the job on a particular date and time, he's there and, completes the job on time, if not earlier than expected. He demonstrates great pride in his workmanship.
