Our Gas Fireplace would not light. It hadn't been serviced for about 5 years, the glass was smoggy and the brass trimming was tired. Imran arrived the same day I telephoned, with a smile on his face, and politely and efficiently went about the task of repairing the fireplace. When he left, the gas fireplace looked almost new, with the lighting mechanism working perfectly. I am totally satisfied and would definitely call again if I should experience problems in the future. Excellent service, excellent communication, highly recommended. I had trouble getting the parts from Whirlpool to fix Oven. Pete took over communication with Warranty Company and kept me consistently up to date on the back order parts. As soon as part was available, Pete fixed the Oven same day.

I was expecting to be told that our ductless air unit which is more than 10 years old, needed to be replaced, or at the very least, required major repairs.
