Not impressed with cleaning of my condo
Ok I was so disappointed in the overall “cleaning” job. So many spots were missed: light fixtures in bathrooms, behind bathroom vanity sinks and dust on shelves, untouched base boards etc. I sent pictures right away when I looked at the place and they refused to come back after they left. When I hired them they said it would take 4 hours to clean the condo but it took them 2 hours. They speak of quality of work with they arrived but work is substandard to have missed so many areas. I do not recommend them as I will have to go back to clean the missed areas in unit. So disappointed.

Afshan, You were quoted 4 hours for a move in clean which is typical. However you asked and were admanet that we "rush" because the place " wasn't that dirty and it's empty", and you had to come back to lock up. As such, we cleaned the 2 bedroom condo in 2 hours, per your request. Never ask a cleaning company to rush a job then complain about missed areas . your last words to me, the owner was "everything looks great" after you and said owner did a walk through.
In reference to the "untouched baseboards" I was on my hands and knees scrubbing those myself, you are most welcome. my advice to you is to replace those baseboards as the yellow stains you refer to is actually many layers of paint, not dirt or dust.
FYI, our 24 hour gaurantee does not apply to Move in/Move out.... AND you never asked us to come back!!
It is our hope that you were able to replace the mold in the bathroom, fix the clogged toilet and replace the piping which smelled like sewage, for the sake of your future tenants. it would be our pleasure if you never call us again.
