Roy Gibson (Mayday) was referred to us following a flooded basement. Over the telephone Roy spent considerable time explaining the possible cause and remedies. After the basement sub-floor was removed he identified the extent of a storm sewer blockage and called another contractor with specialized high-pressure water cutting equipment to clear tree roots and calcite from the storm sewer pipe. Roy has subsequently undertaken other small jobs for us. In every case he has arrived punctually, been extremely helpful and professional.
