Tom Turnbull is a true professional. He came to my place and quickly designed the closets that I was looking to have in the three closet spaces I had in the condo I had just purchased. I was able to quickly visualize what I was getting and then provided a quotation along with design sketches thus enabling me to make a quick decision in taking on the services of Kwik Kloset. I am very happy with Tom's work and his finished product. I increased the value of the condo considerably since closet space is so precious in such small condo spaces. Thanks Tom...and John. I bought a condo unit and after commencing my renos discovered mold. I found it on the subfloor after removing the laminant pieces on the surface. I realized the extend of the damage after lifting the sub-floor. The problem originated on the balcony (common element) where water pooled after the rains over the years in the slumped corner of the balcony floor going in towards the unit. The condo corp would not touch it since they feel that I am responsible for the interior of my unit. Since the problem started on the outside, I will be taking them to court to recoup my expenses. In the mean time, I had my unit tested for mold and it came back positive. I then hired Manny from Greenstream to clean up the mold. Wow, talk about professionalism. Manny came to my home to inspect the damage, then explained to me in detail what the process would be, the amount of time taken, and the approximate cost that it would be. He would later send me a quotation via email and then we planned when they would come in to do the work. The crew came in and did their work thoroughly and impressively. It took a day and they were able to salvage most of the walls thus enabling me to keep my expenses down. Compliments to Manny and his group for the fine work that they carried out in my home.
