The owner Ken came out to do the final measurements. Fantastic guy, very patient with all my questions and help guide me through the decisions. The window quality is AMAZING! Installation was efficient and clean. I back on to a GO Train track. We used to hear the train at all hours. Now... almost silent! Many thanks to Ken (owner) Monica (in the office) and Ted my fantastic installer. I would defiantly recommend Fieldstone windows to everyone.

Joe and his brother at Beaver Paving did a great job. I am one of those type of people who do my research. Beaver Paving has a great reputation. They were great at answering all my question and prompt in there service. There staff work hard and were very helpful. When it came to the day of the install I even made a change on the type of asphalt I wanted. Changing from HL3a to HL3. Joe was happy to accommodate. I believe Joe even gave me a thicker pad than I had paid for. The driveway is thick and flat. Looks fantastic! I would definitely recommend Beaver Paving to my friends and family. P.S. Two of my neighbours did got new walkways and gardens done alone with their driveways. The stonework Joe and his team did looks amazing! Thanks Joe and the guys at Beaver Paving!

We love our new Garage Doors! We have used Tim at Speedy a couple of times in the past for installation of garage door openers and door repairs. He was always reliable and did a great job. When it finally came to replacing our doors I called Tim. However, not at first. I love to research and wanted the best doors for the best price, with the best installer and customer service. So, I started researching garage door manufacturers and materials. I called around to a few of the "bigger name" garage door companies to do some comparison shopping. By far, hands down, Tim at Speedy Overhead Doors sold the best quality doors for a MUCH BETTER PRICE than his competition. So I knew with Tim the product would be great. Now service.. All I can say is Tim is great! He came to my house one evening, answered all my questions and explained his product and installation in detail. He helped us choose a door that looked best for our house. We were even considering getting a custom colour (which he would have gladly done..more money for him) but he actually suggested another colour. We decided to go with his suggestion and we are so glad we did! The doors look great! Tim is an excellent installer. He did a fantastic job installing the doors and my house looks so good! What's most important I think is customer service. This I can speak from experience. If there is ever a problem with the doors, I know that Tim will go out of his way to keep the doors working properly for years to come. He has provided us with great service in the past just maintaining our old door. He could have convinced us to replace our doors 2 years ago but instead he helped us get the most our of them for very little cost. The bottom line is... BEST PRODUCT! BEST PRICE! BEST SERVICE! YOU CAN TRUST HIM!

After many months of research we decided on Floors Direct. We were doing all the flooring in the house so it was a big decision for us. I must have gone in and out of their store a dozen times looking and comparing different options. Jeannie and her team never made me feel like a nuisance. In fact the opposite is true. They always were so gracious to me taking a lot of time to answer all of my questions. The customer service from Jeannie, Ben, Sanketh and Brian is second to none. I can honestly say their customer service is what sold me. I had gone to nearly every flooring store in the GTA (no joke) but Floors Direct stood out among the rest. They are not the largest flooring store around but their selection is better than any that I have seen. There knowledge of each and every product is remarkable! Now to the installation. As Jeannie can attest I am NOT the easiest customer. I was very picky but considering the amount of money involved, I have a right to be. But you know, Jeannie and Ben never complained or made me feel like my questions were unfair. They addressed all of them with the utmost professionalism. The hardwood on the main floor looks spectacular. (Twelve Oaks Pagoda by the way) The installer did a wonderful job. One friend told me it is the most beautiful hardwood floor she has ever seen. Next came the bathroom floors. Duraceramic is a fantastic product. Looks and feels like stone my friends can hardly believe that it is a Vinyl floor. The install did a great job. Finally came the carpet about 1700sft of it. Thank you Jeannie for leading us to the Mowhawk Smart Strand carpet. I did my research (many hours) and it is by far the best carpet on the market. It looks and feels softer than any carpet I have ever seen, and the installers did an amazing job! Oh, I forgot to mention price. Trust me I compared prices. At many, many stores. Floors Direct prices are UNBEATABLE! Well, it is finally all done, Jeannie was a gem coaching us through the renovations. I just want to thank every one at the store. Ben, Sanketh, Brian, but most of all Jeannie. You guys set the benchmark in customer service, quality of product, knowledge and price! Thanks so much.
