I dropped by their showroom one day and met with Victor, an old school salesman who was extremely helpful. The two installers, Frank and Joe, were great. Very friendly, courteous and knew their stuff. Now just waiting on the arrival of my new canopy. Have already referred Gem to 2 of my friends!
