I live in a townhouse condo and had to get an exact match on a garage door replacement. Upper Canada gave me the best quote on an insulated door. They provided very friendly and personable service and were responsive to my installation requirements and schedule. They allowed me to change my mind at the last minute and keep the old opener, which saved me quite a bit. They even reconfigured the old safety sensors on the old opener for me so they wouldn't "fail as tripped" in the brigth afternoon sunlight anymore (as they often did). All around, a great team and great experience. Would recommend them anytime! - John

A pleasant experience all around. Taylor had a comptetitive quote and when I called to discuss the details they really stood out as a company willing to work with their customers to meet their specific needs. My move involved several months warehouse storage while my new home was being renovated (essentially 2 moves). It also involved a big heavy piano, lots of artwork, antique furniture, big wordropes, etc. They coached me through the prep process, provided boxes and on move out and move in days (the dates were several months apart), they did a great job overall. They even came back 6 months later to reposition my piano at no charge! They only damage was my big screen TV, which they replaced new without any quetions withing 2 days. I was really impressed. Great service overall. This is my 6th move and it went better than all the previous movers we had used in past. Way to go Team Taylor!
