We had a Maytag High Eff furnace and an air conditioner installed about 4 yrs ago and we have not had any problems. The first year we used our air conditioner we had a problem with it but john from jcj mechanical was right out to fix it in no time. It was just a minor issue and there was no cost involved .we haven't had any problems with it since. we had problems getting someone out when we had our old furnace thats why we changed contractors. we will keep dealing with john because we are very comfortable with his workmanship and great attitude.
