What an impressive company! We recently had to replace an old furnace and water heater for my mother. We were totally blown away by the professionalism and the customer service which we received from every point of contact from JCJ Mechanical The helpful people on the phone, john, the sales person and the people that came to install the furnace were all wonderful. They turned what could have been a very stressful situation for a senior into something pleasant. When the furnace was installed, we were very impressed with the workmanship . Everything looked like care was taken, it wasn't just slapped together. They were efficient and left the basement clean, we were so impressed! Perhaps the nicest thing was the peace of mind they left my mother and father last winter with. They felt sooo comfortable and warm and know the furnace is a good one and they dont have to worry about it breaking down in mid winter. Thankyou everyone at JCJ MECHANICAL!
