An intruder kicked in my door. I called the police after investigation and told I could repair the door. I contacted Prelock and spoke to Paul the owner who came to my home and made recommendations to repair the door and installed new Medeco locks that will provide better home security. I feel alot safer now and very happy with the service.

Good experienced plumber who was able to diagnosis water back up in my home without over charging. It was a City problem with city old pipes coming into the house. The City will be fixing the problem.
