Master Drain & Water Works came out with a crew to upgrade my water service from 1/2" to 3/4" for better water flow into the house. My house unfortunately is located on very hard compacted clay which made the job extremely difficult and made it take MUCH longer (like 2.5 times longer) than what it should have. MD&WW persevered through and really made the effort to get it done as quickly as possible (it is a really loud process as the torpedo makes its way through the ground under the house). I really appreciated all their hard work and effort. They were cheerful and hard working for the duration of the job. I would recommend them!

I recently had Pierce out to clean and flush my eaves-troughs - and he did a great job! I took a peak from my bedroom window and I've never known that the inside of the trough was white! Quick prompt communication - as he and his team took the time to squeeze me in after a last minute cancellation. Left everything clean and tidy in a compost bag at the end. Thanks TTT!

I would have to agree with the lady who wrote a review before me, but doors are great, price was great, but customer service was HORRIBLE. I ordered three doors at the beginning of January, was told it was going to be 2-3 weeks, phoned after 4 weeks, no one could tell me anything about my order, 4-5 times I phoned and gave them my name and phone number and was told someone would call me back, no one ever called me back and eventually no one answered my phone calls. I finally had to get my boyfriend to call and he was able to get some information. Was told delivery was coming that week. I didn't hear from them for another two weeks, called and then finally got doors one week later. In total it took 8 weeks to get my doors, rather than 2-3 weeks and how I was treated as a customer in those extra 6 weeks of waiting was not good. Gentlemen, just an FYI, a phone call and an update goes a long way in keeping your customer informed and happy. Even if it is not good news (e.g. we ordered the wrong doors, or we forgot to place your order) just tell the customer, so that they can adjust their project timelines. Don't ignore me and not call them back. Just makes the customer more frustrated. Reading the reviews on Homestars makes me see that this is something of a trend for you - and it is probably not a good road to go down.

Damian is the best. I was looking for a contractor that I could work closely with, to do this major renovation on my first house - we gutted the main floor, new flooring, created an open concept main floor, gutted the bathroom and gutted the kitchen. I interviewed a number of contractors, but liked Damien's honesty, reliability and personality from the get-go. He was great in dealing with major issues, and keeping me updated. He felt more like a big brother than a contractor. I plan on doing more renos in more houses and Damian will be my first call. The reno took place over the course of 3 months (with xmas holidays factored in) and the results are great. You'll even see my bathroom on his website! The tile work was awesome. He is always available to speak with and is super helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Damian. Looking forward to our next project together!

Tom was amazing! I called him to book an appointment and he showed up the next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful! He made suggestions about the locks that I had, and even helped me out and fixed an existing incorrectly installed lock!! Thanks Tom, was great to meet you and thanks for all your help!!
