I purchased 2 Indian carpets from Mavyan and Westlake the mid 1990`s. ($27,000). About 7 years ago, I contracted Mavyan Distinctive Carpet Collections to clean and refresh the same. Upon return of the carpets, it was pretty evident that they had been cleaned with a Grocery Store Rug Doctor, damaged and not cleaned in a professional way.
