Mid November 2007, my husband and I visited the stoor. Really liked the selection and styles and found staff to be helpful. Bought a trestle table ($800+) and a mirror ($200+) for delivery the following week. First day, table fell over in truck and broke. We only found out after calling the store when no table or mirror materialized. Delivery was set for the following week. Arrived as promised and guys were really friendly and helpful. Noticed once they were gone that table had scratches as did mirror. Called Glen at store and was assured that he'd send replacements when the truck was back in our area. It is now mid-April 2008 and we are still waiting. I've been in to the store where Glen showed me a table that would be refinished and shipped to me and a mirror was tagged to replace the one we have. Every few weeks when I would call to inquire about, he would give me a different reason for the delay (we're getting your table from Asia, the shipment is delayed on the water, we're getting you a table from an estate sale but it's tied up,...). In March called to speak to Kennedy the Manager. He assured me that he'd look into it and would call me back. The following week I called to follow up. He said that he'd look into it and call me back later. When I called a few days later, he put me on hold and then put on Mark - Thank goodness. Mark was professional and friendly. He promised to look into it and then get back to me and was true to his word. I should be receiving the replacement table on Tuesday (5 months after purchase).
