I have really enjoyed Convertible Air over the years. They have never hard sold or pressed me for any service. I had a recent issue where my 19 year old furnace was making odd noises and I noticed a very faint burning smell coming from my vents. Not good! I immediately made a tune up request and they bundled a deal to service my tankless water heater as well. It turns out the fan was done and due to the age of my furnace I chose to get a new Amana furnace although Convertible was happy to just change the fan. So the installers came the very next day, they both introduced themselves and were very polite and courteous. They let me know exactly what was happening as the job progressed. It was overall a very pleasant experience. I'd like to thank Marnie personally for always going the extra distance and always providing such reliable service and piece of mind. Great company and would gladly recommend without any hesitation.

We have hired Franklin when we were renovating our home and Needed to switch from an electric oven to a gas oven. Franklin also installed our kitchen faucet and then we had an unfortunate burst pipe in the basement and he was the first one I called. He is courteous and is concerned to help the client so much so that each year he comes around November to make sure we have shut off our outdoor pipes correctly so we don't have a repeat burst pipe. He also moved the outdoor pipe as it was too close to the exterior and it was freezing due to improper insulation. Very pleased and we continue to use him. My invoice number was 362 and i have updated the amount as i have used him several times. I received a verification email from homestars so i included his invoice but will not provide my address. I live in York region if that helps.

My colleague at work told me about Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning and after 2 years of their service she continues to be happy with them. Our 16 year old hot water tank began leaking so we wasted no time in calling them. We called them on Sunday and by Tuesday morning they were installing our tankless water heater. They gave us a reasonable quote, we decided to rent to own the Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. We mentioned our old furnace to them too and this is the best part, they said, when it dies, just call us. They did not hard sell or press us in any way or try to upsell us. My husband's jaw hit the floor, he was impressed. Reviews on homestars are great so I am pleased with them & also the follow up. Great family business, this is the way it's supposed to be!
