Did a full rebuild of our house a few years back - resulting in the yard getting trashed - i.e. we needed to do landscaping for the entire yard. I had planned on doing most of the work myself (sod and a few retaining walls) but... Doug was just finishing up a full landscape project next door to us... needless to say - when we saw the end result we scrapped the idea of me doing the work and approached Doug. He provided a bid for the project which actually came in under another bid that a friend provided (same work). Our project entailed: levelling/sculpting yard, sod, rock placement (to essentially form 2 retaining walls), planting of shrubs and trees, ... The reason i'm writing this review has everything do with my experience with working with Doug and his crew. I built our house and was there every day. And who i had on site - and worked with - made a big difference to how my day went. Doug and his crew worked on my place as if it was their own - always friendly - making sure everything was perfect - and often helping me with things outside of the job scope. I've had Doug (and crew) back a couple of times now - to add things here and there - and i'll be having him/them back in the future. It's always good to see Doug - and i will go nowhere else.

I've read the reviews of TimeMax on this site and don't get it. Romeo did two projects here: pour of my foundation pad and removal/lowering/pour of my driveway. All work was done with respect to my schedule - weather permitting of course. We encountered a few surprises along the way (unmarked/abandoned lines and water soaked soil under the old driveway) which we all took in good humour. I even put diesel fuel into his Bobcat's hydraulic tank by mistake (he had let me use it to move some materials on site - very nice of him) - and at no time did get upset. I did pay for the repair - but i insisted on that. The driveway and foundation pad turned out great and i've seen no problems a year down the road. I very much liked dealing with Romeo and there is no where else i'll go if i need to have any concrete work done. And since my job (re-build of a house) i've recommended many of the trades/services that have worked on the house - as - for the most part - they were exceptional... and TimeMax has certainly been one of the services i've passed along to friends/contacts.
